Another PSL coach has been dismissed with immediate effect.

The team issued a statement expressing their sincere congratulations for his exceptional service. Mandla Ncikazi guided the Lamontville Golden Arrows to an impressive fourth place in the DStv Premiership this season. However, the team recently announced that they have decided to part ways with Ncikazi as their head coach. A statement on the Arrows' website announced that Lamontville Golden Arrows F. C. and coach Mandla Ncikazi have reached an agreement to mutually part ways. We deeply value his outstanding dedication and commitment demonstrated throughout a remarkable span of fifteen years. Now, it's not only about the initial team, but also the teenage structures and the countless stars he has contributed to shaping, both in the past, present, and future. There is always a welcoming opportunity for him to come back, just like any other member of the family. We wish him all the best in his future endeavours. In an outstanding season, the Golden Arrows only suffered five defeats out of their thirty Premiership games. They managed to accomplish this feat despite having fewer resources than most of their competitors. Following Steve Komphela's departure to join Mamelodi Sundowns as the head coach in October, the 52-year-old assumed the position at Arrows. Following his shortlisting, Benni McCarthy of AmaZulu emerged as the recipient of the highly esteemed DStv Premiership Coach of the Season Award. I am absolutely thrilled by KZN's involvement in this year's nominations for the coaches' class. Ncikazi justified his nomination by stating, "Regardless of whether it's Benni, Manqoba (Mngqithi), or myself, the common factor is the beautiful province of KZN." I sincerely hope that this marks the beginning of a new era of improved efficiency for our group. The standard of play in the DStv Premiership continues to rise, and the upcoming season promises to be even more demanding than the current one. According to rumours, Ncikazi's time with Arrows will come to an end after the upcoming season. It has been speculated that SuperSport United is showing interest in signing him.
